1. How to Cancel Your Order and / or Return Goods to the C.P. Hart Boutique

You have the right to cancel your contract with the C.P. Hart Boutique at any time up to 7 working days after receipt of delivery of the Goods by notifying us by email to: customer.services@cphartboutique.co.uk.
If the Goods have not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund the cost of the Goods to the original payment method immediately. We will confirm the refund by email.
If you cancel the contract under section 2.1 of our Terms and Conditions, and the Goods have already been dispatched, you must follow the steps as detailed below to return the Goods to us, in saleable condition in the original packaging, to the address stated. On receipt of the Goods, we will refund the cost of the Goods to the original payment method. Refunds will not be made for Goods that show signs of attempted installation, whether or not in original packaging.
If, however, the product is faulty on receipt, or you can show that it was damaged prior to you taking receipt of it, then you must notify us in within 48 hours of delivery. You can contact us by email at customer.services@cphartboutique.co.uk. You will need to follow the steps laid out within the Returns Policy below. On receipt of the Goods we will refund the cost of the product as well as the reasonable cost of carriage to C.P. Hart. If, however, you have simply changed your mind, only the cost of the product can be refunded, and it must be in re-saleable condition in the original packaging.

- If you wish to cancel or change your order, or return Goods to the Boutique, please email the Boutique team at: customer.services@cphartboutique.co.uk
- If you are returning Goods, you will be issued with a credit reference number, which you’ll need to quote on all further communications relating to the return.
- We will email you a label for you to print and affix to the parcel.
- You must then make your own arrangements for the Goods to be returned to the Boutique Returns address at Head Office below. In the case of faulty Goods the reasonable cost of carriage to C.P. Hart will be refunded. If you are returning Goods because you have changed your mind, you are not eligible for a refund of the cost of carriage to C.P. Hart.
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the Goods on receipt and return your money back to the original payment method by the close of business the following day.
- Only Goods returned as outlined above will be processed. We regret we are unable to accept Goods returned to C.P. Hart showrooms.
Please note: as any Goods that you return to us are returned at your own risk, we strongly advise customers to take care when returning Goods to us by ensuring that the Goods are correctly addressed, appropriately packed, insured by you, and that they are delivered by a reputable carrier.
